Good evening magic folk! I hope you all had an amazing weekend. I know it's been a little while since my last post, and for that I am sorry! Here is an update of my last two weeks! Monday 2/04/19: Cardio 30 minutes on the Stairclimber Fat Burner Workout Tuesday 2/05/19: Upper Body and Barre 5 sets: Incline Press Pull-Up Assist Machine : Pull-up, dip, neutral, dip, chin-up Abs Weight was kept the same with the pull-up assist machine. With the incline press weight increased as reps decreased (reps decreased on assist machine as well). The weight for the incline press was 80lbs, 100lbs, 120lbs, 140lbs, and 160lbs. The reps went 10, 8, 6, 6, 4. Taught my Barre class after! Wednesday 2/06/19: Cardio 45 minutes on the Stairclimber "interval" workout. I kept increasing the rest state of the interval workout 😂 ...

Hi everyone! Sorry for my delay! I went to Phoenix and the week following has just been pretty busy. I will get back on top of it and get better with my weekly posts as well as being more descriptive. I hope your Monday is going well! Wednesday 1/23/19: Legs 4 sets: Pulse Squats-20 reps Straight leg dead-20 reps Pulse Squats-20 reps Leg Extensions (Abductors)-20 reps Abs I was not feeling very well on this day, but I made it to the gym. Odd numbered sets I did leg extensions and even numbered sets I did abductors. With each set, I went up by 10 reps, except I kept the straight leg dumbbells reps at 20. I used 15lb dumbbells for the pulse squats and deadlifts. Thursday 1/24/19: Cardio and Barre I try to get in at least 10 minutes of cardio before teaching my class! I am getting more confident. Happy Hump Day! I hope the middle of your week is going super! I am a little late with this post because I was out of town this weekend! I hope all you witches and wizards are having a magical Wednesday! I myself feel like I have been hit with the confundus charm 😕! I always feel that way after a 3-day weekend! Anyways, onwards to the summary of my week! Monday 1/14/19: Legs Mondays tend to be my leg days! I really need to write down my routine as they happen, so I can be more detailed for you! 4 sets: Hack Squat  Leg Curls Abductors Leg extensions Hack Squat Abs For the leg extensions, someone had just finished, and they were asking what weight to put it at. They started to put it at a lower weight and my trainer was “No, leave it” It felt cool to be stronger than what someone thought. Resolutions in Progress

Good evening wizards! I hope you are all doing well! I had a dream where I got a half sleeve of anime and video game tattoos 😍! It was amazing! It definitely inspired me to finish deciding how I want my Fairytail tattoo (which I have been thinking about for quite awhile)! My new tattoo! Live 💗 Love 💗 Lift! This one means a lot to me. It represents a lot. It represents my journey and what the gym and exercise have come to mean to me. Love, love myself flaws and all. Love myself as I was, as I am now, and as I will be. Lift, lift up the weight of my struggles. They may be heavy, but I am stronger. The gym is my happy place. It's where I can grow. The gym is my friend, therapist, and so much more. Good morning!!! Happy New Year! I will get to my New Year's Resolutions and what not later in this post! These past two weeks have been full of holidays! Whatever you celebrate, I hope it was wonderful and filled with so much love and happiness! I love Christmas! I love the spirit of it! I love giving and showing love and being with family. I love showing my important people I care in whatever way I can, but I just love the closeness this holiday brings. I got a new personal best on the Incline Press! 180lbs for 2 reps! I actually felt really good! I am changing up my leg routine to not going heavy, but still sticking with it on upper body (maybe it'll finally catch up) 😂! The figurines I got from my Harry Potter Advent Calendar! It was so fun! I never knew who I was getting! It was always a surprise, and it was hard to not open them all at once!  For Christmas, I made ginger molasses cookies! They were a huge hit with my family! I was so excited abou...

Hello my magic folk! Happy Wednesday! I have so much exciting things to share with you! I can't wait! Instead of posting my weekly workouts, I am just going to give some highlights! Then, I am going to tell you about what I have planned! Yay!  Alrighty, so the week from Wednesday December 5 through Tuesday December 11: I also got a new best on deadlifting! 243 lbs for 1 rep! Yay! Was so hard! I love my powerlifting crew! These girls and my trainer push me to be my best and are always so encouraging! I love them so much 💖 They help me shine 😊 I also continued my Barre Instructor Training! One of my best friends visited me and made me an early birthday dinner!!! December 10 was my birthday!!! Yayyy!!! Birthday girls!!! Love my twinsie 😀💙 Our gym family is also awesome! They got us a cake! And they sang to us! So much love! I love my gym! It is more than just a gym.
