New Goals

Good evening everyone! I hope you're all doing great! Did you watch End Game and Game of Thrones? I watched both! Both had my heart reeling, but OMG! That episode of Game of Thrones!! It was sooooo good!!! My heart was pumping the whole time! I can't wait for next week! It is really fun watching it with my family! I made some spinach and artichoke dip for tonights episode! It was pretty tasty! I tried to theme it for Game of Thrones, so it was in a "Dragon Egg." I also got this new shirt that I love! It was for finishing a half marathon! My sister told me that I'm not half crazy that I'm "110% crazy." 😂 Monday 4/22/19: Leg Day 4 sets: Hack Squat : 180lb for 6 reps, 230lb for 4 reps, 270lb for 2 reps, 290lb for 1 rep, 320lb for 2reps Laying Leg Curl : 50lbs for 6 reps Leg Extension : plate 12 for 12 reps, 13 for 12 reps Laying Leg Curl : 50lbs for 6 reps Abs 45 minutes of cardio on the stairclimber! Easter Sunday!

Happy Easter everyone (if you celebrate it)! I hope you have all had amazing days and gotten to spend time with your family! I had lunch with mine and it was really nice! I am thinking about training for a certain race, but I don't want to mention it until I decide on a program and if I actually want to try it! Stay tuned! I will let you know :) Here is my week in review: Monday 4/15/19: Chest and Back 4 Sets: Chest Press (Middle Grip) Pull Down Chest Press (Wide Grip-Odd Set, Narrow Grip-Even Set) Seated Row Tuesday 4/16/19: Cardio and Barre 30 minutes on the stairclimber and Barre class! Wednesday 4/17/19: Legs 4 Sets of 12 reps: Hack Squat (Wide Stance): 60lbs Leg Extensions: Plate 12, 13, 15, 15 Leg Abductors: Plate 10, 11, 12, 12 Laying Leg Curl: 40lbs, 50lbs, 50lbs, 50lbs Hack Squat (Narrow Stance): 60lbs Thursday 4/18/19: Cardio and Barre 30 minutes on the stairclimber and class! I had two new clients! It was awesome :)

Good evening everyone! I told you I would be delayed with this post! I was a little more delayed than I planned, so I am sorry for that! I hope you are all doing absolutely fantastic, siriusly 😂! I have had a very busy couple of weeks! Work has been hectic and I have had so much to do! Here are my workouts for the past two weeks: Monday 4/1/19: Legs 4 sets: Hack Squat Wide- 95lbs Seated Leg Curl- 45lb, 55lb, 60lb, and 65lb Hack Squat Middle -95lbs Leg Extension- plate 12, 14, 15, 15 Hack Squat Narrow -95lbs Reps were increased for each set and were 10, 12, 14, and 17. Man, this leg workout was brutal for me. I was so tired after it! I loved it! I love pushing myself! Tuesday 4/2/19: Barre Class 30 minutes on the stairclimber and then I taught class! Wednesday 4/3/19: Arms and Shoulders Lateral Raises Front Raise Upright Rows Rear Raises Bicep Curls Tricep Extensions I did not write down repps or weights for this so i am sorry for that! Thurs

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to say I will no longer be having blog posts....APRIL FOOLS! As long as I still have readers, I plan on continuing to post! So please, keep reading and sharing 💗. I hope you have all been doing wonderfully! I know I am late with this blog post. Last week, it just was not a good week, and I was not up to writing any posts. For that, I am so sorry, but I hope you understand 💗. Oh my goodness! After that 10-mile run, I was so sore and could barely walk for a few days! My legs and feet and abs and everywhere was feeling it! Therefore, I took it easy on the cardio. This past week, I was much better and was able to get my cardio fix 💗. Just another reason you should not follow my example and should train! It is so important to build up to longer miles to prepare your body for it. Live and learn my magic folk, live and learn 😅!
